1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Road to Headliner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• Each person may only operate one account at a time
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Play fairly and respect other players
• Multi-accounting (operating multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited
• Exploiting bugs, using automation tools, or manipulating game systems is prohibited
• Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior toward other players is prohibited

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (band names, messages, forum posts). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the game service.

Content that is illegal, offensive, promotes violence, or infringes intellectual property rights is prohibited and may be removed without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Road to Headliner, including its design, code, artwork, and game mechanics, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without explicit permission.

6. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Personal data will be anonymized per our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for cheating, multi-accounting, or abusive behavior.
• Upon termination, your access to the service ceases. Game progress from active seasons is lost.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game progress may be affected by maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where the service operator is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-game notification or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
